Idus Participates in '2023 Donghaeng Festival'... Operates Handmade Market

Sodam Market Operation for Four Days from the 26th
24 Teams of Idus Artists Participating

Backpacker (CEO Kim Dong-hwan) announced that Korea's largest handmade platform, Idus, will participate in the '2023 Donghaeng Festival.' Co-hosted by the Ministry of SMEs and Startups and the Small Enterprise and Market Service, the Donghaeng Festival is the largest promotional event in Korea that provides sales channels for products from small and medium enterprises, small business owners, and traditional markets.


Idus will hold the Sodam Market for four days starting from the 26th at Songdo Hyundai Premium Outlet. Twenty-four teams of handmade artists will participate, showcasing works in the fields of pets, fashion, kitchen, and children at individual booths.

At the Sodam Market operated by Idus, nine teams from the SME-exclusive sales store 'Panpan Shop' of the Small Enterprise and Market Service will also participate, selling excellent products from government-verified SMEs at reasonable prices.


Kim Dong-hwan, CEO of Backpacker, said, "We joined the Donghaeng Festival to provide sales channels for small business owners and to help them overcome difficult times," adding, "We will continue to work closely with the Ministry of SMEs and Startups to create an environment where handmade small business owners can grow."
