Crystal Jade Unveils 5 New Summer Season Menu Items

Gochang Spicy Fried Eel, Bibim Ddanddan Noodles, Boyang Samseon Cold Noodles, and
Two Types of Carbonated Drinks Included

Crystal Jade announced on the 24th that it will introduce five limited summer season menu items.

These include three limited dishes featuring representative seasonal ingredients of summer: 'Gochang Kanpung Eel,' 'Bibim Dandanmyeon,' and 'Boyang Samseon Naengmyeon,' as well as two seasonal beverages made with Maeil Dairy's The Great Tea Kombucha.


Bibim Dandanmyeon, a new interpretation of Crystal Jade's signature dish Dandanmyeon, combines the spicy and pungent flavors of Mala, Huajiao, and Laoganma with the nutty taste of Maeil Dairy's Maeil Soy Milk, enhancing the appetite that tends to diminish during the hot summer months. The Boyang Samseon Naengmyeon, which receives much love every season, is an authentic Chinese-style cold noodle dish featuring premium Chinese toppings such as five-spice pork and cham-song-i mushrooms, along with fresh chlorella noodles.


Gochang Kanpung Eel, made by crispy frying eel from Gochang, Jeonbuk in kanpung sauce, is developed as a popular recipe for eel dishes, which are considered a representative summer health food, allowing people of all ages to enjoy it without burden.


The beverages were selected as refreshing carbonated drinks to enjoy with the seasonal menu. Using Maeil Dairy's The Great Tea Kombucha, you can try two flavors of ade drinks: green grape and lemon.
