Through this business agreement, CJ Freshway will support employment connections and job training for cooks and kitchen staff job seekers within Gyeonggi Province in collaboration with the Gyeonggi-do Job Foundation. This is especially meaningful as it aims to provide various opportunities for job seekers facing difficulties in employment, such as women with career interruptions, discharged military personnel, and vulnerable youth.

Both parties plan to continue mutual cooperation in the future, including ▲educational consulting for training middle-aged and female kitchen staff ▲career guidance sessions for young job seekers at the early stage, such as general high school students and active-duty soldiers ▲operating reboot programs for those with cooking-related qualifications and experience ▲linking meal service vocational training opportunities for vulnerable youth (participants in foundation projects) ▲and exchanging various employment support events such as job fairs.

CJ Freshway operates group meal service outlets through various channels including industrial sites, offices, hospitals, and golf courses, and continuously hires food service professionals such as nutritionists, cooks, and kitchen staff.

A CJ Freshway official stated, “We plan to carry out various collaborations such as education and field experience for talent development with the Gyeonggi-do Job Foundation,” adding, “We will continue to develop programs for job seekers who wish to work in the food service sector together with the local community.”
