Regionally Customized Curriculum
Maximizing Student Satisfaction
The Korea Productivity Center (KPC, Chairman An Wanki) announced on the 24th that it will expand region-specific open training courses for manufacturers across various regions nationwide. This is expected to alleviate the difficulties faced by local companies who had to travel to Seoul or other regions for job training, and to enhance the productivity of companies through education.
On the 22nd, about 30 trainees from various production and manufacturing-related companies in the Cheonan area, including Korea McNulty, Person, and Powerlogics, participated in the 'Production Planning and Control Practice' course held at the KPC Cheonan office. In this course, special lectures were also given by Yeodonghan, Head of KPC Smart Consulting Division, on the topic of 'The Role of the Manufacturing Sector in the Carbon Neutral Era,' and by Shin Baekgyun, Head of KPC Production Quality Education Team, on 'AI-based Manufacturing Innovation.' The course received favorable reviews from trainees as it provided not only knowledge about production planning and control but also various trends and cases related to the job.
Jang Jaewook, Head of KPC Daejeon-Sejong-Chungcheong Regional Headquarters, said, "KPC is striving to actively respond to the diverse educational demands related to the most important production and manufacturing areas of companies," adding, "Through this, we will develop and provide more customized training courses for companies and actively support various related consulting demands."
