The Korea Investment Dream Library is a flagship social contribution project of Korea Investment & Securities that remodels old libraries in child welfare facilities to provide children with a comfortable reading environment. Last year, the company opened the first and second libraries in Yangpyeong and Anseong, Gyeonggi-do, and this time established the third library in Jeonju, Jeollabuk-do.

The library opening ceremony held on the 19th was attended by President Jeong Il-moon, Korea Investment & Securities employee volunteer group, Kim Sung-tae, Head of World Vision ESG Social Contribution Headquarters, and Na So-young, Director of Hoseong Childcare Center. The Korea Investment & Securities employee volunteer group gifted book collections and school supplies to be placed in the library and participated in baking and sports events together with the children.

President Jeong Il-moon said, "I am glad to have gifted a space that is essential for children," adding, "I hope the library becomes a space not only for reading but also for communication and cultural experiences, and furthermore, a hopeful space where bigger dreams are drawn."

The Dream Library project is carried out using a 'matching grant' fund jointly prepared by Korea Investment & Securities employees and the company. Korea Investment & Securities plans to remodel and open additional libraries in the second half of this year.
