The National Police Agency has recently confirmed that it has launched an internal investigation regarding allegations of sexual misconduct involving Police Lieutenant A, who is affiliated with the Jungbu Police Station in Seoul.
A National Police Agency official stated, "On the 19th, Lieutenant A was placed on administrative leave and an internal investigation was initiated." According to the police, Lieutenant A is reported to have made sexually harassing remarks to a civilian.
