Busan Northern Employment and Labor Office construction site managers are conducting a safety culture campaign to prevent fall accidents.
This campaign was themed around "Wear your safety helmet firmly" to prevent fall accidents, which are a major cause of fatal accidents at construction sites. It was designed to spread the format of "safety culture exposure," emphasizing the importance of safety in everyday life.
Participants produced and distributed banners, stickers, grip-toks, souvenirs, and construction site safety rules OPS emphasizing the importance of wearing safety helmets at the event site.
The subsequent briefing and on-site meeting were filled with explanations about the meaning and key points of the risk assessment conducted in May this year, sharing understanding and progress of the self-discipline prevention system, and explanations of measures for "elevated work platforms."
The Northern Employment Office plans to contribute to the spread of safety culture by holding a "Workplace Accident Prevention One Team Risk Assessment Practice Campaign" on the 24th at locations such as the Busan Western Intercity Bus Terminal, where many industrial complex shuttle buses gather, in cooperation with accident prevention agencies and companies.
Director Jeong Yunjin said, "We will continuously promote safety culture expansion campaigns by industry and region so that a culture that regards safety as a natural value spreads throughout society."
Director Jeong emphasized, "We will devote efforts to ensure that risk assessments, where labor and management jointly identify hazardous and dangerous factors and establish and implement improvement measures, become firmly established at construction sites."
