Apple Mango Bingsu to Enjoy Past Midnight
Blueberry and Mango Themed Afternoon Tea Set Released
Lotte Tour Development announced on the 22nd that it has launched an apple mango bingsu and blueberry·mango-themed afternoon tea set at Lounge 38 in the Grand Hyatt Jeju within the Jeju Dream Tower Complex Resort.
The apple mango bingsu highlights the sweet taste of premium Jeju apple mangoes selected for a sugar content of 13 Brix or higher. It is enhanced with mango ice cream served on snowflake ice.
The summer season afternoon tea set includes seven types of desserts such as eclairs, macarons, and scones paired with mango or blueberries, along with four types of savories including smoked salmon avocado, hibiscus quail eggs, and beet mascarpone rolls. Two cups of coffee or tea are included.
The bingsu is available year-round and can be enjoyed until after midnight. On Fridays and Saturdays, it is served until 1:30 AM the next day, and from Sunday to Thursday until 12:30 AM. The afternoon tea is available from 12 PM to 6 PM.
Additionally, apple mango desserts personally presented by Jonathan, the executive pastry chef from Michelin 3-star Le Bouchon (Macau), can be tasted at each restaurant. At the 'Gallery Lounge,' you can enjoy mango passion fruit eclairs; at 'Deli,' mango tarts and mango shortcakes; and at 'Popup Plaza,' mango yogurt parfaits and mango passion fruit bingsu are available.
