Pulmuone to Hold Full Refund Event for 'Naengmyeon Meal Kit'

Until the 31st of this month, customers who purchase '#Pulmuone'
will be refunded the purchase cost if dissatisfied with the product

Pulmuone Foods announced on the 22nd that it will hold a refund event where consumers dissatisfied with the new 'Naengmyeon Meal Kit' products (Mul Naengmyeon, Hoe Naengmyeon) can receive a full refund of their purchase cost. This event will be held on Pulmuone's integrated brand shopping platform '#(Shop)Pulmuone' until the 31st.

Consumers who are dissatisfied with the Naengmyeon meal kit products and wish to request a refund can apply within 7 days from the delivery completion date through the #Pulmuone 1:1 board or the Customer Delight Center.

Since starting its fresh noodle business, Pulmuone has launched Naengmyeon meal kit products for the first time this year. Additionally, Pulmuone is offering up to 25% discounts on its representative summer noodle products such as Naengmyeon, Cold Udon, Jjolmyeon, and Buckwheat Makguksu.
