Swings Makes Bold Announcement "Free Tickets" After Poor Sales

Change from the original price of 99,000 won to free
Swings "Thankful to know the exact topic"

Famous rapper Swings has attracted attention by converting all seats for his upcoming concert in June to free admission.

On the 17th, Swings posted a video on his personal Instagram saying, "I want to talk about the AP concert on June 3rd."

Swings declared, "Looking at the current ticket sales, it is not ideal," and "To take responsibility, I will make the concert free."

Previously, Swings announced a solo concert for his label 'APR Chemistry.' Although it was a joint concert of five labels and expectations were high, fewer than 1,000 of the 5,000 seats were sold.

In response, Swings admitted, "This is my fault," and announced that all tickets originally sold for 99,000 KRW would be made free.

Swings explained, "I am most grateful to those who have already paid," and "They will of course be refunded and will be guaranteed the same seats they originally purchased."

He continued, "Next year, I want to raise our value and hold a paid concert in the same seats," and said, "As a CEO, a man, and the head of AP, I promise to increase our value by next year."

He also added, "I am very thankful to have realized my true purpose."

Netizens responded with comments such as "First row but now free, yay," "Hope all 5,000 seats sell out next year," and "Turning a crisis into an opportunity, as expected from Swings."

Meanwhile, the AP concert scheduled for June 3rd at Korea University Hwajeong Gymnasium will feature many famous rappers including Swings, Giriboy, Kid Milli, Yang Hongwon, and Chillin Homie.

Swings stated, "The application method will be announced later."
