On the 17th, Jang said on CBS's 'Kim Hyun-jung's News Show,' "If Leader Lee is not blocking it, there is no reason for the majority of Democratic Party lawmakers to oppose the ethics committee's filing against Representative Kim," emphasizing this point.
He brought out an image panel of the so-called 'Democratic Lizard,' depicting Lee Jae-myung as the lizard's head, with Representative Kim, former Democratic Party leader Song Young-gil, and former Democratic Party member Yoon Mi-hyang as the tail, stating, "The reason they cannot file the ethics committee complaint and are delaying the process is ultimately because the body of this lizard, as shown in this picture, is Leader Lee Jae-myung."
He pointed out, "It was not me who criticized former leader Song for running the party in a way that was very favorable to Leader Lee during the presidential primary, but rather the pro-Moon and pro-Nak (pro-Lee Nak-yon faction) within the Democratic Party who did.
