Paradise City Signs Business Agreement with Goyang Women's Human Resources Development Center

Joining Hands to Promote Women's Economic Participation

Paradise City is partnering with Goyang Women's Human Resources Development Center to expand job opportunities in the hotel sector and support women's employment.

Paradise City announced on the 16th that it signed a business agreement with Goyang Women's Human Resources Development Center on the 15th to support recruitment in the hotel service sector and to promote women's economic activities. The signing ceremony was held with key officials including Kim Chi-hong, Executive Director of Paradise Segasami, Yoo Hye-rim, Director of Goyang Women's Human Resources Development Center, and Heo Chang-yoon, CEO of Samgu I&C Hotel Business Division.


This agreement focuses on promoting community-linked and cooperative projects to activate women's economic activities, developing education and training programs in the hotel service sector, and supporting infrastructure, information sharing, and promotional cooperation for hiring female talent.


To commemorate the agreement, a mock training facility for hotel room coordinators was also opened within Paradise City. Supported by Paradise City, the mock training facility replicates actual hotel rooms, which is expected to help new hotel room coordinators adapt to their work.


Kim Chi-hong, Executive Director of Paradise Segasami, said, "Currently, women make up about 47% of the total staff at Paradise City. Utilizing female talent is an important part of national economic growth, so through this agreement with Goyang Women's Human Resources Development Center, we hope to effectively match the talent needed in hotels."


Yoo Hye-rim, Director of Goyang Women's Human Resources Development Center, said, "This business agreement has created a platform for active information exchange and utilization of infrastructure between regions. We expect this to lead to the development of talent not only in the hotel sector but also in various other industries."
