Shinyeong Jiwell Prugio Technopolis Central Records Highest Competition Rate of 264 to 1

Shinyoung announced on the 11th that Shinyoung Ziwell Prugio Technopolis Central recorded a highest competition rate of 264.98 to 1, with all housing types closing at the first priority subscription.

According to the Korea Real Estate Agency's Subscription Home, as a result of receiving first priority subscription applications on the 10th, 34,886 people applied for 473 general supply units (including the shortage of special supply), showing an average competition rate of 73.75 to 1.

By housing type, the 84㎡A exclusive area attracted 12,984 applicants for 49 units, recording the highest competition rate of 264.98 to 1, followed by ▲84㎡B at 134.93 to 1 ▲84㎡C at 102.44 to 1 ▲111㎡A at 101.99 to 1.

A sales official said, "Shinyoung Ziwell Prugio Technopolis Central is located at the very center of Cheongju Technopolis, which has high future value, and is composed of rare medium-to-large units, with reasonable prices, resulting in good outcomes. Especially, it seems to attract much interest due to Shinyoung’s specialized design, which is recognized in Cheongju, enhancing its product value."

Located at San 4-2, Songjeol-dong, Cheongju-si, Chungcheongbuk-do (Cheongju Technopolis General Industrial Complex S1 Block), Shinyoung Ziwell Prugio Technopolis Central is the first in Technopolis to offer large units of 111㎡ and 130㎡ exclusive areas. The sale price was supplied at an average of 11.6 million KRW per 3.3㎡ under the price ceiling system.

The complex consists of 1,034 apartment units with exclusive areas ranging from 84 to 130㎡ and 234 officetel units with an exclusive area of 108㎡, spanning from two basement floors to a maximum of 49 floors above ground. Daewoo Construction is in charge of construction.

Shinyoung Ziwell Prugio Technopolis Central offers convenient living conditions. The winners will be announced on the 17th. The official contract period is from the 28th to June 1. Move-in is scheduled for January 2027.
