Real estate data and AI-based commercial real estate specialist company Real Estate Planet's subsidiary, 'Real Estate Planet Partners,' announced on the 9th that it has appointed Sangjae Lee as Vice President to advance its real estate asset management services.

New Vice President Sangjae Lee is a veteran expert with over 30 years of experience in real estate asset management and leasing marketing. Sangjae Lee, who holds a bachelor's degree in Business Administration from Hongik University, a master's degree in Real Estate from Konkuk University, and has completed the Advanced Architecture Development Program at Seoul National University of Science and Technology, previously served as the head of the leasing team at Samsung Life Service, head of the asset management team at Sams, and head of the marketing division at Mateplus.
Going forward, Vice President Lee will oversee the asset management division, including Property Management (PM), Lease Management (LM), and Facility Management (FM), strengthening real estate management services based on advanced technology to innovate the traditionally closed and asymmetric commercial real estate market. He also plans to lead the recruitment of professionals with diverse experience to further expand the real estate asset management business area.
Sangjae Lee, Vice President of Real Estate Planet Partners, stated, "Although efforts to modernize the real estate management sector have continued since the IMF crisis, it still heavily relies on the individual experience of managers," adding, "We will open a new paradigm in the commercial real estate management market by utilizing advanced IT and big data technologies."
