Hyosung Heavy Industries, 'Harrington Place Jinsa' with Rapid Transportation Environment Attracts Attention

There is a saying that real estate value is determined by the "road." Since transportation is the most significant factor in residential convenience, complexes with excellent transportation access always attract high interest from buyers.

Especially in the Seoul metropolitan area, real estate values rise significantly due to transportation developments connecting major urban centers. A prime example is Anseong City in Gyeonggi Province. According to the 4th Railway Network Construction Plan, the "Capital Inland Line" and the "Pyeongtaek-Bubal Line" are currently underway, which is expected to greatly improve the metropolitan railway network.

The Capital Inland Line is a non-metropolitan wide-area railway expansion project with a total length of 78.8 km connecting Hwaseong (Dongtan) in Gyeonggi, Anseong, Jincheon in Chungbuk (home to the national athlete village and innovation city), and Cheongju. An administrative council consisting of four cities and counties (Jincheon County, Cheongju City, Hwaseong City, Anseong City) holds frequent working meetings to expedite construction, scheduled to begin in 2028. Once completed, travel from Anseong to Gangnam in Seoul is expected to take about 30 minutes.

The Pyeongtaek-Bubal Line is a 59.4 km railway project starting from Pyeongtaek Station, passing through Anseong and Yongin, and connecting to Icheon Bubal Station. From Bubal, it links to Gangneung via the Yeoju-Wonju Line, effectively connecting Pyeongtaek and Gangneung by rail. Currently, it takes about 2 hours and 40 minutes to travel from Pyeongtaek to Gangneung, but with this new line, the time is expected to be cut in half to approximately 1 hour and 20 minutes.

In addition to railways, road infrastructure expansion is also planned. Construction is underway aiming for the opening of the Seoul-Sejong Expressway (Guri-Anseong section) and the Pyeongtaek Eastern Expressway connecting Jukbaek-dong in Pyeongtaek to Galgot-dong in Osan by 2024.

With these transportation development benefits concentrated in Anseong, there is growing interest in newly supplied complexes. In particular, "Harrington Place Jinsa," supplied by Hyosung Heavy Industries right in front of Pyeongtaek University, is located at the gateway to Anseong City, raising expectations among buyers.

The complex is situated in Jinsa-ri, Gungdo-eup, which connects Anseong City and Pyeongtaek City, offering the advantage of easy access to transportation facilities in both areas.

In fact, right in front of the complex is Seodong-daero (National Road No. 38), which runs through Anseong and Pyeongtaek, allowing convenient travel throughout the region. It is also close to Anseong IC on the Gyeongbu Expressway and a wide-area bus stop, providing excellent metropolitan transportation conditions.

Moreover, Pyeongtaek Station on Subway Line 1 and Pyeongtaek Jije Station on Subway Line 1 and SRT are located about 20 minutes away by car, enabling quick access to Seoul via subway and SRT.

Meanwhile, "Harrington Place Jinsa" is a large-scale complex consisting of 12 buildings in 2 blocks, ranging from 2 basement floors to a maximum of 29 floors above ground, with exclusive areas of 74 to 100 square meters, totaling 992 households (355 households in Block 1 and 637 households in Block 2).

To ease the financial burden on actual buyers, who have recently faced increased loan pressures, a fixed contract deposit system of 10 million KRW (payable in installments) has been applied to significantly reduce initial capital requirements. Additionally, a full interest-free loan benefit is provided for 60% of the intermediate payment. A special event offering free system air conditioners is also underway for customers who sign contracts within the official contract period.
