Asiana Airlines Selected as No.1 in National Customer Satisfaction Survey

International Aviation Sector

Asiana Airlines announced on the 9th that it was ranked first in the international aviation sector in the National Customer Satisfaction Index (NCSI) survey conducted by the Korea Productivity Center, a domestic service quality evaluation organization.


The company explained that it received favorable evaluations in terms of international air transportation services and social responsibility performance, including the rapid restoration of major business routes connecting Beijing-Seoul-Tokyo and strengthening safety capabilities through the participation of safety and security experts as inside directors.


Jo Young-seok, Head of Management at Asiana Airlines, said, “We are honored that Asiana Airlines' differentiated service has been recognized,” and added, “We will continue to strive to provide airline services that satisfy our customers.”
