On the 8th, Pescaro, a cybersecurity company specializing in automobiles, and Vector Korea, a German automotive software and technology company, announced that they have signed a Memorandum of Understanding (MOU) for automotive embedded systems and SDV (Software Defined Vehicle). The two companies plan to strengthen their cooperation to provide optimized AUTOSAR solutions for customers.


A representative from Pescaro explained, “With the trend toward automotive electrification, the importance of standardizing automotive software architecture is emerging, and there is increasing demand in the industry for AUTOSAR solutions that offer high reusability and versatility.”


They added, “Vector, a global automotive software and network solutions company, is continuously strengthening strategic partnerships to effectively respond to this growing demand and improve customer satisfaction. To this end, we have signed an engineering MOU with Pescaro and plan to provide engineering optimized for customer requirements.”


As an official partner of Vector, Pescaro provides Embedded Stack services and collaborates across three categories?from embedded engineering to HSM (Hardware Security Module) and SDV?after obtaining certification through Vector’s CEEP (Certified Embedded Engineering Partner) program.


Pescaro delivers embedded engineering and HSM solutions required by Vector, enabling smooth and stable responses to customer needs. Additionally, it will continuously seek future-oriented business opportunities for SDV.


Jang Ji-hwan, CEO of Vector Korea, said, “We are very pleased to establish a partnership with Pescaro as Vector’s certified embedded engineering partner, and we look forward to future cooperation between the two companies. Through this partnership, we will be able to quickly provide customized coaching services to customers who need our solutions.”


Hong Seok-min, CEO of Pescaro, stated, “The MOU with the global company Vector is very meaningful to us. We will do our best to enhance the competitiveness of the mobility industry and customer satisfaction through diverse cooperation ranging from official engineering services to SDV.”
