The signing ceremony, held recently at ‘Startup Alliance &SPACE’ in Gangnam-gu, Seoul, was attended by Alsquare CEO Lee Yong-gyun, Chief Investment Officer (CIO) Yoon Soo-yeon, and Badr Barsaid, Chairman of PMI-KSA.

Through this agreement, Alsquare and PMI-KSA plan to strengthen communication and cooperation between the two countries by △ sharing mutual project expertise between Korea and Saudi Arabia △ hosting global business events △ sharing proptech innovation technologies.

The Project Management Institute-Kingdom of Saudi Arabia (PMI-KSA) is an international organization that issues the ‘PMP’ certification, a professional qualification in project management applied to large-scale plants, infrastructure construction, government and corporate software development, and enterprise resource planning (ERP) system implementation. PMI-KSA is the fastest-growing branch among the 304 branches worldwide. It is responsible for training global management experts, discovering local success cases, sharing expertise, and networking.

CEO Lee Yong-gyun stated, "This will contribute to the development of proptech technology and the expansion and growth of the global market in both countries," adding, "We will do our best to enhance our project management expertise and create successful cases."

Meanwhile, at the end of April, Alsquare was the only proptech company recently included in President Yoon Suk-yeol’s economic delegation to the United States, where it introduced its business and future strategies to local companies and investment firms and sought opportunities to enter the global market.
