KakaoTalk Service Outage... Mobile and PC Unresponsive

Kakao's messenger application KakaoTalk experienced a malfunction on the 8th.

From around 1:35 PM that day, both the mobile and PC versions of KakaoTalk have been experiencing errors where sending and receiving messages is not functioning properly.

In some chat windows, only the message "Loading conversation content" appears, and the conversation is not visible.

A Kakao representative stated, "We are aware of the message sending and receiving error and are currently investigating."
