A Hotel-Grade Premium Feel with a Strong Campsite Vibe... The Transformation of Phoenix Pyeongchang

All-Inclusive Accommodation, Dining, and Activities in One Place
Gradual Renewal Improves Image of Outdated Facilities

A buffet that rivals premium hotels in relaxation and dining convenience, combined with the atmosphere of a campground surrounded by natural scenery.

The "All-Inclusive" package offered by Phoenix Pyeongchang is filled with abundant benefits that family travelers can enjoy during a one-day stay. To shed the image of outdated accommodations, the resort has renewed its lodging facilities and integrated various ancillary services, allowing guests to fully experience the joy of travel within the premises.

A Relaxed, Free, and Special Trip in Newly Renovated Facilities

The flagship product is the "All-Inclusive Premium." With the theme of "a relaxed, free, and special trip," this package includes a one-night stay at Phoenix Pyeongchang Condo's Blue Building, three meals, and tickets to experience two activities such as the Blue Canyon Waterpark and the Luge.

Although the exterior of the Phoenix Pyeongchang condo, parking lot, and corridors still show signs of aging, the interior scenery upon check-in is quite different. The interior, remodeled last June, features cozy lighting and all new furniture and fixtures. The spacious and comfortable living room offers a view of the Taegisan mountain range through the large windows, providing ample space for families to relax.

Blue Canyon reopened relatively early among Gangwon region waterparks in mid-March after its winter closure. On weekends and holidays, it is crowded with families accompanied by children. Until the summer peak season, the outdoor area remains closed, resulting in a high density in the indoor zones. The most popular facility is the wave pool, where many people enjoy the water wearing life jackets. Both adults and children must wear life jackets to enter this area, which can be rented for a fee inside the facility.

Package users can enjoy the Luge Land outdoor activity once per person for free, using the ski slope. This amusement facility features a 1.2 km track where guests ride a non-motorized sled down the course. It is popular for the thrill of speed and the fun of steering through curved paths. A Phoenix Hotel & Resort representative explained, "We aim for the slogan 'Enjoying the Four Seasons' by preparing activities that can be enjoyed not only during the winter ski season but also in other seasons."

5-Star Chef Buffet and Camping BBQ... No Worries About Three Meals

The most important part of a trip for travelers is the food. Phoenix Pyeongchang has focused on gastronomy within its package products. The All-Inclusive Premium allows guests to enjoy buffet meals for breakfast, lunch, and dinner. While ? la carte items are available at the Sky House Lounge, the buffet restaurant is the most frequented by guests.

Striving for premium hotel service, Phoenix Pyeongchang has taken over the food and beverage (F&B) operations from external contractors to direct management. Under the leadership of Shin Chung-jin, executive chef of Phoenix Hotel & Resort and former chef at the Blue House and 5-star hotels, a variety of dishes are offered to buffet customers according to meal times. However, during weekends or holidays when many guests visit, long waiting times should be expected.

For dinner, guests can choose the Camping BBQ operated at Forest Park. Even package users must make a reservation for the date and time in advance due to its popularity as a service that allows guests to fully enjoy the camping atmosphere. The menu includes Korean beef sirloin, lamb chops, pork neck, and skewers provided according to the number of guests. Additionally, the service station offers free ramen, marshmallows, draft beer, and more.

Furthermore, the Ski House Lounge and Waterpark Food Court operate a "Happy Hour" from 5 PM to 9 PM, offering unlimited selected alcoholic beverages and drinks for the day. The Phoenix Pyeongchang package includes Happy Hour tickets. For those seeking relaxation in premium sauna facilities, the newly renovated Phoenix Sauna on the second floor of the Blue Building is recommended. This facility is available for a fee.
