Providing a Smart Exhibition Viewing Experience with 'Flitto Place'
Language data and professional translation service provider Flitto announced on the 4th that it will provide its digital multilingual translation service, Flitto Place, for the National Hangeul Museum's special exhibition "Children's Country."
"Children's Country" is a special exhibition commemorating the 100th anniversary of the founding of the Hangeul magazine "Eorini" (Children). Flitto translates and provides 10 major artifacts selected by the National Hangeul Museum into a total of seven languages, including modern Korean, English, Japanese, Chinese, Arabic, Indonesian, and Spanish.
Flitto Place first translates the original text using Flitto's artificial intelligence (AI) and then delivers fast and accurate translation results through crowd-sourced translation verification. Unlike existing translation services, there is no need to install an app; visitors can simply scan the QR code installed on-site to access accurate multilingual translations. This ease of use is a major advantage. The translated text naturally appears over the original, enhancing immersion by allowing visitors to enjoy the works as if in their native language. Since there is no need to install separate translation files, efficient space and cost management within the exhibition hall is also possible.
