Genesis announced on the 2nd that it has launched a service for customers using Incheon Airport.
The 'Airport Service' is a program that stores Genesis customers' vehicles in a dedicated indoor parking lot and provides maintenance services such as vehicle inspections when using the airport. In March 2020, the Gimpo Airport Service was expanded to Incheon Airport. However, it is limited to customers who hold a Hongmu-to-Home service coupon.
This service consists of airport limousine shuttle service, use of a dedicated indoor parking lot, 15 types of basic vehicle inspections, vehicle cleaning service, and personal assistance service.
To commemorate this launch, a service experience voucher will be provided to the first 500 customers who hold a Genesis exclusive credit card.
Reservations can be made through the Genesis Customer Center starting on the 2nd. Actual use is available from the 15th. The price is 70,000 KRW for vehicle storage based on 4 nights and 5 days. If the period is extended, an additional 10,000 KRW per day will be charged. VAT is separate.
A Genesis representative said, “Thanks to the high customer interest in the Gimpo Airport Service, we have expanded the Airport Service to Incheon Airport,” and added, “We plan to continuously introduce differentiated mobility services so that our customers can enjoy a more convenient car life.”
