Next week, 3,417 households are scheduled for general supply, with more than 80% of them being offered in the Seoul metropolitan area.
According to Real Today, a real estate research firm, in the first week of May, subscription applications will be accepted for a total of 3,417 households (including officetels and publicly supported private rentals, excluding Happy Housing) across nine locations nationwide.
Next week, 80.63% (2,755 households) of the total supply is concentrated in the Seoul metropolitan area. On the 3rd, first-priority subscription applications will be accepted for e-Pyeonhansesang Yongin Station Platform City, located in Mabuk-dong, Yongin-si, Gyeonggi-do. This new apartment, constructed by DL E&C, consists of 12 buildings ranging from three basement floors to 32 floors above ground, with exclusive areas of 59 to 84㎡, totaling 999 households.
On the same day, first-priority subscription applications will be accepted for Harrington Place Jinsa, located in Jinsa-ri, Gongdo-eup, Anseong-si, Gyeonggi-do. It consists of 12 buildings ranging from two basement floors to 29 floors above ground, with exclusive areas of 74 to 100㎡, totaling 992 households.
Additionally, on the 4th, first-priority subscription applications will be accepted for Harrington Place Technopolis Apartments, located in S2 Block of Cheongju Technopolis, Heungdeok-gu, Cheongju-si, Chungbuk. The complex consists of five buildings ranging from two basement floors to 47 floors above ground, with 602 apartments of 84 and 94㎡ exclusive area, 130 officetel units of 84㎡ exclusive area, totaling 732 households, and 67 neighborhood living facilities.
Winner announcements will be made for four locations, and official contracts will be conducted at four locations.
