Service Launch on the 28th, Customized Interface for Corporate Clients
Contactless Identity Verification, Simplified Corporate Authentication, Digital OTP
BNK Busan Bank (President Bang Seong-bin) announced on the 28th the launch of the new 'Corporate Mobile Banking' service to provide convenient mobile banking for corporate customers.
The newly introduced 'Corporate Mobile Banking' has implemented a non-face-to-face real-name verification service, enabling customers to perform ▲new mobile banking registration ▲opening deposit and withdrawal accounts ▲subscribing to financial products ▲reporting tasks without visiting the bank.
It also offers various non-face-to-face corporate financial services such as ▲integrated management of multiple business operators ▲credit card business management ▲integrated inquiry and payment of utility bills.
Additionally, the service has improved customer convenience by introducing a corporate digital OTP that can be stored within the app and simple authentication services using fingerprint and facial recognition. Security has been enhanced by adopting a cloud-based corporate financial certificate.
In particular, the main screen tailored for corporate customers, as well as inquiry, transfer, and certificate issuance functions, have been redesigned to be user-friendly and simple.
Jo Eok-je, Head of Digital Strategy Department at Busan Bank, stated, “We expect the newly revamped 'Corporate Mobile Banking' to improve transaction satisfaction for corporate customers,” and added, “We will continue to enhance customer convenience.”
To celebrate the revamp of corporate mobile banking, Busan Bank has decided to waive all transfer fees for corporate internet banking and corporate mobile banking until the end of this year.
