Objection Submission Accepted Until May 30
Hampyeong-gun, Jeollanam-do announced on the 28th that it will determine and publicly announce the individual official land prices and individual housing prices as of January 1, 2023, and will accept objections until the 30th of next month.
This reception involves determining and publicly announcing the individual official land prices for 232,954 parcels of land and the individual housing prices for 12,742 houses, and accepting objections from owners and interested parties.
This year, Hampyeong-gun's official prices fell by 3.05% for individual official land prices and 2.36% for individual housing prices due to macroeconomic instability caused by high-interest rate policies and adjustments in the government's official price realization rates.
The highest price is for commercial land at 1001-12, Gigak-ri, Hampyeong-eup, at 1,404,000 KRW/㎡, and the lowest price is for natural forest land at San 115, Yeonam-ri, Daedong-myeon, at 339 KRW/㎡.
Landowners and interested parties with objections can submit an objection form through the county website or by visiting the Civil Service Department, Finance Department, or the civil service teams at the eup/myeon offices.
For lands and houses with submitted objections, a re-investigation of price appropriateness will be conducted, followed by re-verification by an appraiser and deliberation and resolution by the Real Estate Price Public Announcement Committee before final confirmation.
A county official stated, “Since individual official land prices and individual housing prices are used as the basis for various charges such as national and local taxes, we will strive for fair price calculation.”
