According to the Jeonnam Regional Post Office on the 25th, a touching story about postal worker Noh was posted on the National Petition Board in March.

The poster wrote, "On a day with strong winds, postal worker Noh visited our house to deliver mail, but since no one was home, he worried that the mail might blow away in the strong wind and took the mail back to the office."
