Samsung SDS announced on the 25th that it has signed a next-generation cloud transition project contract with AJ Networks, the largest comprehensive rental company in Korea, and has started system construction.
Samsung SDS will transition AJ Networks' sales system to the cloud and newly build a cloud-based enterprise resource planning (ERP) system. It will also promote the management of key tasks such as purchasing, logistics, finance, and administration on the cloud.
In this project, Samsung SDS will apply optimal cloud technologies and methodologies such as ▲‘Microservices Architecture (MSA)’ which divides a large application into smaller units for development ▲‘DevOps’ which combines system development and operation ▲‘Continuous Integration and Deployment (CI/CD)’ of applications. Through this, AJ Networks will have a flexible business and sales system that can quickly respond to business expansion and market changes.
Son Samdal, CEO of AJ Networks, said, “Through this next-generation cloud transition project, AJ Networks will be able to further solidify its position as the largest comprehensive rental company in Korea.”
