This medal is the highest honor awarded by the Cambodian government and can only be received by individuals who have made significant contributions to national development. Chairman Lee was recognized for his contributions to Cambodia's national development and the promotion of friendship between Korea and Cambodia.

Booyoung Group is known as a leading company that has carried out various social contribution activities in Cambodia. They donated over 3,000 digital pianos for education and more than 40,000 electronic blackboards, supported approximately 7.5 million USD for elementary school construction funds, and provided about 550,000 USD for the establishment and development of Taekwondo centers.

Recently, to improve traffic conditions in Phnom Penh, the capital of Cambodia, they donated 200 city buses worth 8.83 million USD. During his business trip to Cambodia, Chairman Lee decided to donate buses for safety after seeing parents transporting young students on motorcycles without protective measures in rainy or scorching weather exceeding 30 degrees Celsius.

At the bus donation ceremony, Chairman Lee said, "I hope that students can read books or make good use of their time while traveling on air-conditioned buses in safe conditions, that buses will become established as public transportation, and that Cambodia's national power will be enhanced."

Currently, Booyoung Group is developing Booyoung Town, a mini new town-scale project in Phnom Penh, Cambodia. In the first phase, they are selling 1,474 apartment units and commercial-residential complexes, with plans to build an additional 15,000 units. Within Booyoung Town, they plan to establish the 'Ujeong (宇庭) Cambodia School,' which will include a daycare center, kindergarten, elementary, middle, and high schools, a nursing college, and a senior center within the residential complex.

Booyoung Group has donated over 1 trillion KRW through continuous social contribution activities to date.
