[Weather] Dry Warnings Across the Country... Daytime Highs 15-22°C

On Sunday the 23rd, the Seoul metropolitan area and Gangwon Province will have mostly cloudy skies, while the Chungcheong region, southern areas, and Jeju Island will be mostly overcast.

As of 9 a.m. that day, temperatures are 14.0°C in Seoul, 13.3°C in Incheon, 14.3°C in Suwon, 10.6°C in Chuncheon, 12.2°C in Gangneung, 14.8°C in Cheongju, 14.2°C in Daejeon, 16.0°C in Jeonju, 15.1°C in Gwangju, 15.7°C in Jeju, 13.9°C in Daegu, 15.1°C in Busan, 14.5°C in Ulsan, and 13.9°C in Changwon.

The daytime high temperatures will range from 15 to 22 degrees Celsius, which is generally similar to the previous day (15 to 24 degrees Celsius).

Fine dust levels are expected to be 'bad' in Gangwon Yeongdong, Chungcheong, Honam, and Yeongnam regions, while other areas will have 'moderate' levels.

Daejeon, Sejong, and North Chungcheong are expected to experience temporarily 'very bad' levels in the morning, and Jeju region will have 'bad' levels.

Dryness warnings are in effect for the Seoul metropolitan area, northern Gangwon Yeongseo, inland Chungcheong, and parts of North Jeolla, and the air will gradually become dry in other regions as well.

Winds will blow somewhat strongly, so small sparks could spread into large fires; caution is advised to prevent forest fires and other types of fires during outdoor activities.

Sea waves will be 0.5 to 2.0 meters in the East Sea coastal waters, 0.5 to 1.5 meters in the West Sea coastal waters, and 0.5 to 2.5 meters in the South Sea coastal waters.

Wave heights in the offshore waters (about 200 km from the coastline) are predicted to be 0.5 to 2.5 meters in the East Sea, 0.5 to 3.0 meters in the West Sea, and 1.5 to 4.0 meters in the South Sea.
