The ‘Brighton Yeouido’ apartment complex, being developed on the former MBC site in Yeouido, is set to begin its official sales.
Yeouido MBC Site Complex Development PFV announced on the 20th that the model house for the ‘Brighton Yeouido’ apartment complex, located on the former MBC site in Yeouido-dong, Yeongdeungpo-gu, Seoul, will open on the 21st. Brighton Yeouido is a landmark mixed-use complex consisting of two apartment buildings, one officetel building, and one office building. The apartments being introduced this time are sized from six basement floors to 49 floors above ground, comprising a total of 454 units with exclusive areas ranging from 84 to 132 square meters. GS Construction is responsible for the construction.
The number of units by exclusive area is ▲84㎡ with 91 units ▲101㎡ with 91 units ▲113㎡ with 181 units ▲132㎡ with 91 units, all designed as medium to large-sized 4-bay layouts.
The complex is a four-year short-term private rental housing, with move-in scheduled for October. Contracts will be conducted along with consultations at the model house, which can be visited by prior reservation.
The biggest strength of the complex is its surrounding infrastructure. It is close to ‘The Hyundai Seoul’ in Yeouido and conveniently accessible to the IFC Mall, a mixed-use shopping mall located in East Yeouido, the country’s central financial district. Transportation conditions are also excellent. It is situated in a double station area between Yeouido Station on subway lines 5 and 9 and Yeouinaru Station on line 5. The Yeouido Transfer Center, connecting to the entire metropolitan area, is also within walking distance. Additionally, travel by car is easy via Olympic-daero and Gangbyeonbuk-ro.
The complex itself boasts excellent product value. The individual buildings are arranged diagonally to maximize the distance between them, enhancing privacy for residents. The open spaces created by this layout have been designed as sunken gardens, planned as relaxation areas for residents. The landscaping of the complex is managed by the Everland landscaping team of Samsung C&T’s resort division.
