GH, Public-Private Partnership Bidding for Construction of Gwanggyo New Town Public Knowledge Industry Center

Gyeonggi Housing and Urban Corporation (GH) is inviting private sector participants to bid for the construction project of a public knowledge industry center.

GH announced on the 20th that it will accept letters of intent from the 24th of this month until the 3rd of next month to jointly promote the construction project of a public knowledge industry center in Suwon Gwanggyo New Town. The center will have 3 basement floors, 15 above-ground floors, and a total floor area of 35,000㎡.

GH plans to actively reflect the demands of companies requiring the knowledge industry center by utilizing the private sector's technical expertise and collaboration with related experts, and aims to elevate the quality of both hardware (buildings and facilities) and software (startup support programs) to a higher level.
