Started in 2009, Kwangdong Pharmaceutical's Junior Board system is a youth executive meeting composed of employees at the G2 (assistant manager) level or below. It was introduced to provide opportunities for employees to directly participate in management by proposing various opinions to the company and to nurture talent. They have served as a communication channel between MZ generation employees and management, while also engaging in activities such as suggesting alternatives to revitalize organizational culture.

The Junior Board, consisting of 10 members selected through applications and recommendations, operates for one year per term. They carry out activities based on the selected theme throughout the year. Finally, they conclude their official activities by presenting their ideas for management and organizational culture improvement in front of the executives.

Lee Chae-ju, Executive Director of Kwangdong Pharmaceutical’s Strategic Planning Office, said, “It is highly meaningful that the Junior Board activities, which began in 2009, have continued steadily to reach the 15th term this year. We will generously support various activities such as special lectures by professional instructors, workshops, and discussions so that Junior Board members can propose innovative ideas.”
