The Department of Refrigeration and Air Conditioning Engineering at Dongmyung University and Wonbang Tech signed a scholarship donation agreement (MOU) for guaranteed employment on the 18th in Room 307 of the University Headquarters Management Building.
Wonbang Tech is a room engineering company that is a core player in the industrial air conditioning sector, focusing on semiconductor, display, and secondary battery production infrastructure.
Officials from Dongmyung University and Wonbang Tech are taking a group commemorative photo after signing the agreement.
The refrigeration and air conditioning field is expanding its application range, including clean rooms in the semiconductor industry, energy storage systems (EES), dry rooms in the electric vehicle battery industry, and HACCP facility design and construction in the home meal replacement (HMR) sector, Dongmyung University explained.
A representative from Dongmyung University stated, “Considering the increasing investment trend from related companies, the demand for refrigeration and air conditioning majors is expected to surge in the future. The scholarship awards in the form of guaranteed employment by companies are also expected to increase to secure the very few majors produced by four domestic universities in advance.”
The Department of Refrigeration and Air Conditioning Engineering at Dongmyung University is also currently selecting guaranteed employment scholarship students for Hi-Air Korea, a domestic and international shipbuilding, marine, and industrial air conditioning company.
