Korea Land and Housing Corporation (LH) Sejong Headquarters will conduct a general sale of a total of 21 apartments at ‘Jochiwon Shindong-A Familier Phase 3’ in Jochiwon-eup, Sejong City on April 19.
The apartments for sale are located on Dojangmal-gil, Jochiwon-eup, Sejong Special Self-Governing City. The complex consists of 5 buildings ranging from basement level 1 to a maximum of 15 floors above ground, with exclusive areas ranging from 108㎡ to 199㎡, totaling 291 households.
The housing supplied this time was purchased by LH in 2008 and rented out as public rental housing for 10 years, following the government’s “Plan to Utilize Unsold Apartments in Local Areas” and “Cooperation to Secure Rental Housing.” These homes have been repossessed by LH after the previous tenants vacated.
Applications for these homes will be accepted only through the LH Subscription Center website via internet subscription or the mobile app (LH Subscription Center). Applications will be accepted for two days from May 8 (Monday) to May 9 (Tuesday), and the winners will be announced on May 11 (Thursday).
Eligibility requires applicants to be adults aged 19 or older as of the resident recruitment announcement date (April 19, 2023), residing nationwide (based on resident registration). Only one application per household is allowed. Duplicate applications will be invalidated. Applications are possible regardless of whether the applicant has subscribed to the Housing Subscription Savings (including previous subscription savings). For priority applicants, only members of households without housing are eligible, while for secondary applicants, applications are accepted regardless of housing ownership.
After the announcement of winners, document submission will be accepted for five days from May 15 (Monday) to May 19 (Friday) through the LH Sejong Special Headquarters Housing Sales Department, and contracts will be signed over two days from June 7 (Wednesday) to June 8 (Thursday).
Meanwhile, near the apartments, there are walking trails along Jocheon Stream, Jochiwon Sports Park, and Jocheon Lotus Flower Park, allowing residents to enjoy a pleasant natural environment within the city. Public facilities ensuring residents’ safety and convenience, such as Jochiwon Fire Station, Sejong City Health Center, and Sejong Northern Police Station, are also nearby.
In particular, Jochiwon Station on the Gyeongbu Line is close by, making it convenient to use various lifestyle convenience facilities, commercial, and cultural facilities developed around the station.
