OpsNow360 users can now check the status of cloud management simply by entering inquiries using simple keywords or everyday language such as 'supported cloud services,' 'how to optimize resources,' or 'check for abnormal costs.' Since the GPT model is integrated, it supports natural and appropriate responses in all situations, from light daily conversations to high-level informational dialogues, beyond questions related to OpsNow360 or cloud operations management.
HelpNow is a SaaS-based conversational AI platform that provides powerful and flexible features to develop AI chatbots and voicebots optimized for the characteristics of client companies. Bespin Global has introduced the GPT model into HelpNow.
Through the 'HelpNow GPT' feature, HelpNow can link the data owned by client companies with ChatGPT to generate responses that handle all situations. Since there is no need to design scenarios, it can reduce the resources required by up to 90%. It also supports natural responses through ChatGPT for queries that are undefined or beyond the scope of management.
