Geumgang Housing Co., Ltd. announced that 'Geomdan New Town Geumgang Pentarium Phase 3 Central Park,' supplied in AA23 block of Geomdan New Town, Seo-gu, Incheon, will accept non-priority subscription applications for some remaining units.


Geomdan New Town Geumgang Pentarium Phase 3 Central Park is a large complex consisting of 10 buildings with a total of 1,049 units, ranging from three basement floors to a maximum of 25 floors above ground, mainly composed of popular medium-to-large units with exclusive areas of 74, 84, and 98㎡.


With the planned Incheon Line 1 extension new station (Station 102) and the western area express railway (GTX-D) line, the transportation infrastructure is excellent. Additionally, elementary, middle, and high school sites are planned, providing a school district location, and the greenery surrounds three sides of the complex, making it a representative 'Gongsegwon' (green zone) apartment with outstanding residential conditions.

The complex attracted much attention as a follow-up to 'Geomdan Station Geumgang Pentarium The Siglo Phase 1,' which recorded the highest competition rate in Geomdan New Town in 2021, and 'Geomdan Station Geumgang Pentarium The Siglo Phase 2,' which was supplied consecutively.


In the first and second priority subscriptions held last March, Geomdan New Town Geumgang Pentarium Phase 3 Central Park received a total of 2,112 applications for 803 units (excluding special supply), recording an average competition rate of 2.63 to 1. In particular, the 84㎡B type recorded the highest competition rate of 10.6 to 1 (first priority other areas). Considering the recently sluggish subscription market atmosphere, this was evaluated as a 'surprise.' Most apartments recently released in the metropolitan area have competition rates below the number of units recruited. The high competition rate directly translated into actual contracts, achieving a high contract rate of 90%.


An official from the sales office stated, "With a high contract rate of about 90%, most units have been contracted," and added, "Inquiries about subscription schedules continue from those with investment purposes as well as actual residents, especially since the recent abolition of non-priority subscription requirements."


Regarding this, an industry expert analyzed that the complex, with over 1,000 units, was offered at a reasonable price due to the application of the price ceiling system, is a multi-zone complex rich in various infrastructures, and has excellent floor plans, which received favorable reviews after the model house opening, all of which seem to have contributed to the contract results.


Meanwhile, Geomdan New Town Geumgang Pentarium Phase 3 Central Park will announce the non-priority subscription on the 20th (Thursday) and conduct the non-priority subscription on the 25th (Tuesday). The winners will be announced on the 28th (Friday), and contracts are scheduled to be signed on May 1st (Monday).
