CIS, 50 Billion KRW Paid-in Capital Increase... Third-Party Allocation to SFA

KOSDAQ-listed company CIS announced on the 18th that it has decided to conduct a third-party allotment paid-in capital increase worth 50 billion KRW to secure operating funds.

It will issue 4,244,483 new common shares at a price of 11,780 KRW per share. The third-party allotment recipient is SFA (the largest shareholder, 4,244,483 shares).
