Didim E&F Supports Vulnerable Groups in Local Communities... "Practicing ESG Management"

Didim E&F, which operates dining franchises such as Gonghwachun and Mapo Galmaegi, has expanded win-win cooperation with local communities to strengthen ESG management.


On the 13th, Didim E&F hosted a lunch for elderly people aged 70 and over at its directly managed Korean restaurant brand Baekjewon Ilsan branch. Didim E&F served the elderly a meal of Baekjewon Neungi Boyang Galbitang and delivered HMR gift sets containing representative products from its Jipcook Market to make it easy for them to cook at home.


This event was held in connection with the Goyang City Munchon 9 Comprehensive Social Welfare Center and targeted vulnerable elderly people in need of help and attention in the Ilsan area of Goyang City.


A Didim E&F official stated, “Our customers visit ‘Baekjewon’ to spend happy times with their families for occasions such as their parents’ 60th birthday, 70th birthday, or first birthday, but there are many elderly people living alone away from their families around us, so activities for these individuals are necessary.”


Didim E&F has been practicing ESG management by steadily donating products to senior centers and welfare organizations since April last year. The company plans to expand support projects for vulnerable groups to various areas such as Deungchon, Bucheon, and Songdo, starting with Ilsan, where its directly managed stores are located. A company representative said, “As a corporate citizen, we will take the lead in the development of local communities and fulfill our social responsibilities,” expressing the company’s commitment to practicing ESG management.
