Marriott International's only luxury residence hotel in Korea, Marriott Executive Apartments Seoul, announced on the 11th that it held a plaque ceremony to commemorate obtaining a 5-star hotel rating. Marriott Executive Apartments Seoul Hotel, operated by ABDE Asset, is located in the Yeouido Finance District, Yeongdeungpo-gu. Branding itself as a 'Lifestyle Residence Hotel,' all rooms are designed in suite format, attracting interest from both domestic and international short- and long-term guests. On the 23rd of last month, Marriott Executive Apartments Seoul Hotel earned a 5-star rating in the family hotel grading evaluation conducted by the Korea Tourism Association Central Council.

The 5-star hotel rating in the hotel industry is determined through a comprehensive evaluation covering hotel facilities, hygiene, and overall service. The rating is awarded to hotels that achieve a total score of 900 points or more, combining 700 points from on-site evaluation and 300 points from undercover evaluation.

Marriott Executive Apartments Seoul Hotel offers a total of 103 suite rooms, restaurants, an outdoor terrace, a wine bar, a lounge, and a 6,600㎡ fitness center and spa services. To meet diverse customer needs, it provides five room types, including studio suites and 3-bedroom penthouse suites. All rooms are equipped with facilities necessary for long-term guests, such as individual heating and cooling temperature control including ondol (traditional Korean floor heating), ovens, dishwashers, washing machines, dryers, and storage space.
