Plunit-Beat Computer Jointly Promote AI Phone Reservation Management Business for Medical Institutions

Saltlux's subsidiary, Plunit Co., Ltd., has decided to jointly promote the AI telephone reservation management business for medical institutions with Bit Computer and will collaborate on solution development and supply.

On the 7th, a signing ceremony was held at Bit Computer's headquarters in Seocho-gu, Seoul, attended by key stakeholders including Plunit CEO Kyungil Lee and Bit Computer CEOs Hyunjung Cho and Jinok Jeon. Both companies agreed to establish a close cooperative system to jointly promote the AI telephone reservation management business targeting medical institutions.

According to the agreement, Plunit's AI call center (Work Center), capable of handling large-scale civil complaint consultations, will provide services to medical institutions by integrating its omni-channel, voice recognition, synthesis engine, and natural language processing technology based on a generative dialogue model engine with Bit Computer's medical information system. Medical institutions will be able to manage reservation patients using AI counselors.

Through telephone reservation management using AI counselors, medical institutions can reduce the no-show rate of reservation patients and expect improved working environments for staff by decreasing simple consultation tasks. The solution will be developed to allow small-scale medical institutions to adopt the AI solution without burden, and the service will be provided so that it can be used simply by applying for the service within the medical information solution, without separate system construction.

Plunit and Bit Computer will jointly develop the AI telephone reservation management solution and provide the service to customers using Bit Computer's medical information system. They will also promote cooperation for acquiring new customers and marketing activities together with Bit Computer.
