BNK Busan Bank is conducting the "2023 Level 7 Entry-Level Clerk Rolling Recruitment" for the open recruitment of the personal finance sector.
This recruitment, aimed at securing outstanding local talent and providing quality jobs, will select the final successful candidates through ▲document screening ▲written test ▲comprehensive interview ▲medical examination and ▲final interview.
To simplify the recruitment process, the AI screening used in the general staff (levels 5 and 6) recruitment has been boldly omitted, and a comprehensive interview including competency, situational, and discussion interviews will be conducted to verify basic personality and sales skills.
The recruitment will be conducted as a blind hiring process without restrictions on academic background, age, major, or gender, and preferences will be given to veterans eligible under relevant laws, persons with disabilities, holders of professional certifications such as lawyers and accountants, and outstanding graduates of Busan Bank internships and ambassador programs.
The final successful candidates will participate in an approximately four-week new clerk training course and are scheduled to be officially appointed in early July.
