KB Kookmin, Shinbo Central Association Support Self-Employed Guarantee Loans... 30 Billion Won Scale

KB Kookmin Bank announced on the 10th that it has signed a business agreement with the Korea Credit Guarantee Fund to support self-employed individuals in overcoming their crises.


Through this business agreement, KB Kookmin Bank will make a special contribution of 2 billion KRW to the Korea Credit Guarantee Fund and provide a total of 30 billion KRW in guaranteed loans to self-employed individuals who have received consulting from the KB SOHO Consulting Center.


The support targets are individual businesses that have received SOHO consulting at 13 KB SOHO Consulting Centers nationwide and have been issued recommendation letters.


Under this business agreement, regional credit guarantee foundations will offer preferential treatment by increasing the guarantee limit calculated through guarantee screening up to 150%, with a maximum of 100 million KRW, and apply a preferential guarantee fee rate of 0.5% or less per annum.


KB Kookmin Bank will support government and local government policy fund loans and general fund loans using the preferentially issued guarantees from regional credit guarantee foundations as collateral, and in cases of providing general funds, will offer preferential interest rates up to 2.2 percentage points depending on customer performance.
