On the previous day around 11 a.m., Mr. A entered the sauna wearing jjimjilbang clothes. Soon after, he took off all his clothes, came out of the sauna, and collapsed in the women's-only sleeping room of the jjimjilbang. At that time, several women were sleeping in the sleeping room.
A male employee of the jjimjilbang followed closely behind and tried to escort Mr. A out, but Mr. A kicked the employee during the struggle. The employee fell down the stairs and lost consciousness.
A police official stated, "Since there was no direct physical contact between Mr. A and the women at the scene, only the charge of public obscenity was applied, not sexual harassment," and added, "We will proceed with the investigation considering his intoxicated state."
