The proclamation ceremony was held in accordance with Sinan-gun's honorary island sharing policy, attended by Park Woo-ryang, Governor of Sinan-gun, Kim Mi-kyung, Mayor of Eunpyeong-gu, members of both city councils, and local residents.

At the proclamation ceremony, Governor Park Woo-ryang stated, "While creating the world's largest island national garden, we will cultivate Jaeundo as the Island of Jamokryeon (Magnolia), and together with Eunpyeong, we will imbue the natural environment with a cultural brand to blossom as a place famous for artists, beautiful music, and as a representative cultural and artistic hub of Korea."

Jaeundo Island in Sinan-gun possesses infinite tourism resources, and Swiss architect Mario Botta and world-renowned sculptor Park Eun-sun are working on the design of the Infinito Museum.

In particular, inspired by the Piano Festival of Le Touquet Paris Plage, a small town in northern France, the island is being developed as the Island of Piano, aiming to establish itself as a world-class space.
