Premium of East Sea secured for 10 million KRW 'Ayajin La Mer Desiang' attracts daily attention

In the real estate market, complexes with a sea premium have shown strong popularity. Analysts suggest that their excellent residential comfort and rarity, along with the expectation of even greater premiums during future market rebounds, continue to drive demand.


In fact, in the sales market, complexes located in front of the sea have been attracting steady demand and recording rising transactions despite the recent sluggish atmosphere, drawing attention.


According to the Ministry of Land, Infrastructure and Transport's actual transaction prices, the 'Songjeonghaebyeon Sindobre뉴 1 Complex' near Songjeong Beach in Gangneung City saw its 84㎡ unit traded at 325 million KRW in March, which is 40 million KRW higher than the January transaction price of 285 million KRW. Additionally, in Yeosu, the 'Forena Yeosu Ungcheon 1 Complex' with an 84㎡ unit located in front of the sea was sold for 480 million KRW in March, marking an 85 million KRW increase compared to the previous month's transaction price.


In the pre-sale market, sea-front complexes continue to achieve excellent results. Notably, 'Haeundae Station Prugio The One' in Busan, which held its subscription this month, attracted attention for its location close to Haeundae Beach and ocean views, finishing with a top competition rate of 8.54 to 1 (for the 84㎡ unit), demonstrating strong consumer interest in the sea premium once again.


An industry insider stated, "Apartments in front of the sea consistently attract demand from buyers looking for second house investments, maintaining ongoing interest. Since the sea environment is limited and not everyone can enjoy it, there is a perception that these are premium residential areas, so popularity is expected to continue."


Meanwhile, in the Ayajin-ri area of Goseong-gun, Gangwon Province, Taeyoung Construction's 'Ayajin La Mer Desiang' is gaining attention as an apartment where buyers can secure the East Sea premium with a first installment of just 10 million KRW.


This complex is located right in front of Ayajin Beach and offers a fixed first installment of 10 million KRW along with interest-free benefits on intermediate payments, significantly reducing the financial burden on buyers, which has been drawing continuous interest.


Ayajin La Mer Desiang is the first branded apartment in the Ayajin-ri area of Goseong-gun, Gangwon Province. It consists of 8 buildings ranging from 3 basement floors to 29 above-ground floors, with units sized from 59 to 215P㎡ (including penthouses), totaling 811 households.


The complex is situated on a hill overlooking Ayajin Port and Ayajin Beach, promising an East Sea premium. Ayajin Beach is located within a 400-meter radius, allowing residents to enjoy ocean life, and most units offer views of the East Sea (except some). Additionally, the complex offers views of Seoraksan Ulsanbawi Rock (except some units) nearby and access to pristine natural environments such as Cheonjingcheon Stream, which is also noteworthy.
