Introducing 'The Skyline Afternoon Tea' Set

Fairmont Ambassador Seoul Hotel's 29th floor Mariposa announced on the 5th that it will introduce the 'The Skyline Afternoon Tea' set for the first time.

For dessert, the menu includes a pink cherry blossom truffle with lemon curd and yogurt mousse, a marigold monte filled with marigold mousse and mango crispy wrapped on both sides with crescent-shaped sugar cookies, acacia churros with fromage blanc cheese and coconut flakes, a magnolia roll rolled with soft sponge and white chocolate whipped cream, an orange rose mousse cake carefully layered with rich dark chocolate mousse to express the shape of petals, and soft cranberry scones along with classic scones.

For savory items, tomato bites, herb and smoked salmon crepes, honey eclairs, and lobster rolls are offered. When ordering the afternoon tea set for two, guests can choose one cup of tea or coffee and enjoy cocktails and mocktails, selecting one drink per person according to their preference.

The newly introduced The Skyline Afternoon Tea at Mariposa will be available from April 6 to May 31. It can be enjoyed from 2 PM to 4 PM with prior reservation.
