SPC Samlip Launches 10 Types of Sanrio Characters Bread

SPC Samlip announced on the 5th that it will launch 10 types of ‘Sanrio Characters Bread’ using Sanrio characters.

The new products include ‘Kuromi Black Pancake,’ which contains grape cream with popping candy inside a chocolate cake; ‘Pochacco Sweet Corn Toktok Bread,’ which has sweet corn custard with corn kernels; ‘Cinnamoroll Roll Roll Sugar Bread,’ a bread with cinnamon filling reminiscent of Cinnamoroll’s curled tail; and ‘Hello Kitty Strawberry Cupcake,’ a moist chiffon cupcake topped with sweet strawberry cream, dried strawberry dices, and a Hello Kitty ribbon pick.

Each product randomly includes one of 102 types of collectible stickers, adding to the fun of collecting. They are available for purchase at convenience stores, supermarkets, and marts nationwide.

SPC Samlip and Sanrio Korea will donate a portion of the proceeds from the sales of Sanrio Characters Bread to the ‘Happy Dream’ campaign, which supports treatment costs for children with pediatric cancer in partnership with the Korea Leukemia Children's Foundation.

Meanwhile, to celebrate the launch of Sanrio Characters Bread, SPC Samlip will operate the ‘Sanrio Characters Bread Vending Machine Mini Pop-up’ from the 13th of this month to the 14th of next month. Vending machines decorated with Kuromi (Seongsu), My Melody (Seokchon Lake), Cinnamoroll (Gangnam Station), and Hello Kitty (Hongdae Entrance) will be sequentially installed around Seoul as photo zones, offering various brand experiences unique to Sanrio Characters Bread.
