Comprehensive advertising agency Hubiz Co., Ltd. announced the launch of the Korean-style boutique fitness center ‘Habit Fitness’.
Habit Fitness, composed of boutique fitness specialists, is designed as a systematic hPT program that allows easier access to exercise at an efficient cost, helping users to develop exercise habits.
Habit Fitness is equipped with 12 types of health machines that offer a hybrid experience of various workouts such as functional training, high-intensity interval training, and circuit training. It features about 2,200 different movements and daily exercise programs with different goals, helping users enjoy fitness alone without boredom.
Nowadays, more than 80% of people interested in exercise fail to develop exercise habits due to not knowing how to use machines properly or losing interest quickly. Habit Fitness’s hPT program, which allows participation in exercise programs tailored to individual needs such as strength training, dieting, body shaping, and basic fitness, can be seen as evolving from simple fitness to a ‘content’ form.
Jae-hak Jeong, CEO of Hubiz Co., Ltd., said about the launch of Habit Fitness, “Our goal is to become a leading platform company in the healthcare market based on Hubiz’s strengths in content planning, production, and operation,” adding, “Through Habit Fitness’s hPT, we aim to deliver healthy habits throughout life as an online-offline integrated platform.”
Habit Fitness plans to open five branches within this year, starting with the Sangwangsimni branch in Seongdong-gu.
