CJ Freshway, Website Renewal... "Strengthening Customer Communication and ESG Management"

CJ Freshway announced on the 5th that it has renewed and reopened its official website to enhance customer communication and ESG management.

In this renewal, a new ‘Sustainable Management’ menu was created and the content structure was strengthened. It provides information on ESG management strategies and key activity achievements, as well as ethics management, social contribution programs, and posts the ESG annual report along with norms and policy matters. Messages from executives of each organization expressing their commitment to ESG management are also delivered. A media hub space called ‘Newsroom’ is operated, where official press releases and various social media (SNS) contents can be viewed collectively.


Customer convenience services were also added. A ‘chatbot’ inquiry function was introduced to quickly check desired information, and a ‘Business Consultation Center’ was established for easy consultation regarding food ingredient purchases or group meal operations. To effectively deliver information, changes were made to the website design. Using ‘Freshway Green,’ the corporate representative color newly selected this year, a nature-friendly and stable design was created. Visual materials and messages emphasizing corporate identity are placed at the top of the main page, and at the bottom, a customer-oriented design allows users to view the core contents of the website at a glance through scrolling, enhancing information accessibility. The renewed website was also selected as an excellent work at the ‘GDWEB Design Awards’ and received the ‘WINNER PRIZE.’


A CJ Freshway official stated, “Through the newly revamped website, we will provide useful information and new business opportunities to customers as a food business partner, expand disclosure of sustainable management information, and practice ESG management together with customers. We plan to continue developing and updating the website to optimize it for customer needs and strengthen communication with customers.”
