Application Period Extended from the 3rd to June 30th
Hwasun-gun, Jeollanam-do announced on the 4th that it will conduct additional recruitment for local youths who were unable to apply during the recruitment period for the Jeonnam Youth Culture Welfare Card support project held last February.
The applicants must be youths aged 19 to 28 (born between 1995 and 2004) who have had an address in Jeollanam-do for more than two consecutive years since before April 3, 2021.
Those who were confirmed as recipients among the February applicants cannot apply again. However, those who were excluded due to residency criteria among the ineligible applicants may reapply if they meet the residency criteria during this additional application period.
The additional application period is from the 3rd to June 30th. Applications can be submitted online through the NongHyup Card website or by visiting the administrative welfare center in the applicant’s jurisdiction.
However, ▲public institution employees receiving welfare points (cards), ▲out-of-school youth education allowance recipients, and ▲Jeollanam-do female farmers and fishermen voucher recipients are excluded. For Culture Nuri Card recipients, only the difference of 90,000 KRW will be paid, excluding the 110,000 KRW Culture Nuri support fund.
The ‘Jeonnam Youth Culture Welfare Card Support Project’ is a program that provides 200,000 KRW annually in cultural welfare expenses to offer cultural life enjoyment and self-development opportunities to youths residing in Jeollanam-do.
Meanwhile, Hwasun-gun reviewed the eligibility of 3,126 applications received during the February application period in March, confirmed 3,013 recipients, and plans to provide cultural welfare expenses in April.
